Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure how to break the cycle of stress and anxiety? I believe counseling is a partnership in which we work together to develop and implement a plan to reach your goals and work towards living a life that you want to live. Authenticity and empathy are vital qualities for a counselor to possess in order for clients to feel connected and comfortable; and I am passionate about providing that.
I specialize in working primarily with women who are struggling with stress/anxiety, depression, grief/loss, life transitions and relationship issues. I use an integrated approach tailored to each client's issues and needs, using the lens of attachment theory, and incorporating methods from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, mindfulness and EFT.
It takes a tremendous amount of courage to seek counseling, to be vulnerable and share your story. While it's difficult to take that initial step, I encourage you to be brave and reach out.
