It is my goal to foster safety and connection through active, reflective and empathetic listening.
I specialize in working primarily with women who are dealing with stress/anxiety, depression, grief/loss, life transitions and challenging relationships. I use an integrated approach tailored to each client's goals, using the lens of attachment theory, and incorporating methods from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT & Emotionally Focused Therapy.
It takes a tremendous amount of courage to seek counseling, to be vulnerable and share your story. While it's difficult to take that initial step, I encourage you to be brave and reach out.
