I work with children, families, and adults who are experiencing difficulties in a specific areas or who just need support as they go through different phases of life. I have experience working with caregivers of children whose age range from newborn to young adult and have experience working directly with children as young as 3 to adults. I am skilled in supporting clients of all ages experiencing struggles with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, significant transitions in life, LGBTQ+ issues, relationship, and custody concerns. My have been practicing for 8 years and understand the unique journey of each individual in therapy.
I use an evidenced based approach to support my client. I am certified in child trauma therapy (TF-CBT) and am a registered facilitator of Circle of Security-Parenting to help caregivers meet their child(ren)'s emotional needs as well as their physical needs.
