I am an empathetic and compassionate therapist who is committed to creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. Much of my career has been spent working with children, adolescents, and families, which has deeply informed my understanding of relationships, development, and the unique challenges people face at different stages of life. I take a collaborative, person-centered approach and believe in honoring each client’s strengths, values, and lived experiences.
While I have extensive experience with younger clients and families, I also enjoy working with adults and welcome individuals who are seeking support, insight, or meaningful personal growth.
