Hello, I'm Tiffany. I'm passionate about the process of engaging in the therapeutic relationship to build a foundation of trust and safety. I believe that the underlying desire and willingness to ask for help, and to receive support, is primary in reaching outcomes together. My goal is to support your therapeutic journey, aiming to meet you where you are, in the moment. The process is fluid, with progress occurring over time, depending on the investment you make in treatment. It is a collaborative effort that focuses on your individual goals set from the beginning. My graduate studies were at Lesley University in Cambridge. I hold an MA and am a licensed clinician in both Colorado and Maine. My career has included certificates and specialized training to facilitate art therapy, equine therapy, and play therapy. I have a strong background in early childhood, as well as, working with adolescents and adults.
