I am a native of the state of Maine, however, have studied and practiced in both Boston and Colorado. I have a strong background in early childhood, as well as, working with adolescents and adults. I specialize in areas of depression, anxiety, adjustments, and family systems. I utilize an eclectic approach with focus on CBT, DBT, and reflective practices.
