You’re probably the person everyone counts on. You handle what needs to be handled, show up for everyone else, and keep moving... even when you’re anxious, exhausted, overthinking everything, or wondering when you stopped feeling like yourself. Maybe you already understand your patterns. You’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, and can explain exactly why you do what you do. But knowing the pattern hasn’t necessarily helped you stop living inside of it. I work with women dealing with anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, people-pleasing, difficult boundaries, motherhood, and identity changes, so they can feel like themselves again.
My style is warm, real, and gently direct. I’m not going to sit there and nod for 50 minutes while you wonder if therapy is helping. I ask questions, make connections, offer practical tools, and help you notice the things that are hard to see when you’re living inside them. We’ll work on understanding the pattern and actually changing what happens next.
You don’t need to show up with the perfect words. You can start with, “I don’t know, I just know I can’t keep feeling like this,” and we’ll take it from there.
