I am a licensed professional counselor committed to supporting individuals and couples through their challenges. I understand that dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions can be overwhelming. I aim to create a compassionate space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I employ various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies to help you manage emotions, EMDR for healing past trauma, and somatic experiencing to alleviate symptoms of anxiety. I believe in the strength and resilience of each individual I support on their journey to healing.

I earned my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Amberton University and have experience working in outpatient mental health settings. I have also completed Levels 1 and 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, emotion regulation, trauma, attachment issues, and relational challenges.
