I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) trained in EMDR and TF-CBT, and I am also pursuing certification in Play Therapy and Synergetic Play Therapy. I specialize in working with children (ages 4+), teens, and adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relationship challenges.

My goal is always to meet you right where you are. I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, supportive, and tailored to you or your child’s unique needs. Together, we’ll build coping skills, process hard experiences, and explore ways to create more peace and balance in your life.
