About
I provide integrative clinical services. A pragmatic, humanistic and non-pathologizing approach is the foundation of my theoretical orientation. Also, I incorporate the use of alternative therapies to meet each individuals' unique needs of mind/body/heart/soul. I am here to help you cultivate healing and wellness through the use of collaborative, person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed interventions. My philosophy is that life can be arduous, at times, and it's those mountains, valleys, hills, and tough terrains that provide us with the opportunities to learn, grow, and triumph.
Accepting help is not easy, yet it can be a vital step on the path to creating the life you desire so that you can thrive. We all possess inherent strengths; we just sometimes need help tapping into them. Sometimes, the first step is the hardest. With counseling life can be improved, enhanced and deepened. You are worth it!
It is through living intentionally and mindfully that individuals can create new meanings in their lives, and achieve a sense of well-being. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your life journey, and working with you in creating the canvas of your life the way you envision.

Tiffany Manson's Groups
Mending Hearts (A Heart-Centered Grief Group)
Everyone grieves differently, and there is no right way or one answer for how to cope when someone you love passes away. Grief is very personal and sometimes, it can even feel impossible to survive the loss. You have the right to grieve and mourn your loss in your own way and in your own time, but you do not have to do it alone. This will be a closed group offered for 8 consecutive weeks. The group may be offered via telehealth.
