I understand that one of the most difficult steps to overcome is the first step and acknowledging that you need more support in order to overcome or learn to cope with obstacles in your life. I believe there are many different ways to do that. I provide a driven/holistic approach in my work and at this time work exclusively with the perinatal population.
My work focuses around supporting women, empowerment, focusing on your strengths and building on them. I work with women and specifically specialize in perinatal/postpartum depression/anxiety, OCD, rage, birth trauma, grief/loss (miscarriage, infertility, stillbirth), and infertility. I am also a trauma informed EMDR therapist.
As a Psychotherapist, I am here to help you uncover and reach your full potential and provide a holistic way of doing so. I integrate a variety of techniques in order to help individuals overcome barriers they may be facing in their lives to uncover their true being.
