Do you struggle with ups and downs from sadness and excessive worry? Entering a new stage of your life that brings about a great deal of uncertainty? Is there a trauma that you feel is holding you back? Life can bring about struggles and stressors that are difficult to handle alone. I focus specifically on the client-therapist relationship to help individuals overcome their reasons for seeking therapy. I have been dedicated to the helping field since 2004 and hope to offer a judgment free and safe therapeutic space for clients to disclose their issues.
I believe the first and most important part of the therapeutic process is relationship building to bridge the trust gap between client and therapist. As a trauma informed therapist, I make every attempt to explore and role model healthy relationship habits and educating clients on the power of healthy choices and decision making.
