I work with adults and couples. I specialize in brainspotting and imago therapy. I enjoy consulting with people regarding a variety of problems such as trauma, anxiety, depression, struggles in relationships and life transitions. I can support you to get out of the crisis or chaos you are experiencing. I can also support deep healing from childhood wounds, trauma or distressing experiences. I have a passion for working with couples; helping them regain what has been lost and find what is possible. I also help clients understand factors that have supported the patterns they are stuck in.
I am Certified Brainspotting therapist and Brainspotting consultant. I offer brainspotting, traditional talk therapy, Imago relationship therapyand parts work (Internal Family Systems). I also educate about the nervous system and how to regulate using body based strategies. I am licensed in Minnesota and Michigan.
