Hey there! I’m Tiffany and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 5+ years of experience in the field. I currently provide teletherapy to clients across Pennsylvania ages 8 and up. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and stress, as well as ADHD, ODD, and ASD.
I utilize a variety of evidence-based and trauma-informed therapies in my sessions, depending on what works best for you and your goals. This might include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
