Trauma work is my passion — shaped by both the experiences of those closest to me and years of clinical work. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma at any stage of life and continue to carry its weight. Through approaches like EMDR and somatic processing, I help clients reconnect with themselves and find lasting peace through the mind-body connection.

My work centers on helping clients become centered again, so they can show up fully in their own lives, in their relationship with themselves, and in their connections with others. I offer a space to process what has been carried too long, build meaningful coping strategies, and strengthen the inner foundation that makes healing possible.

I welcome those who are feeling hopeless, worthless, burdened by shame or self-blame, experiencing chronic pain or stress the body has been carrying, or feeling disconnected from others. Taking the first step toward healing requires courage, and I am here to offer you encouragement and support as you find your way back to yourself.
