Hi! My name is Tiffany Lopez, and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. I have worked with various populations including foster aged youth, transitional aged youth, and adults. I approach my therapy in a collaborative manner while holding a safe space to process and assist the client in reaching growth and overall wellness to tackle everyday challenges. I utilize a client-centered, trauma-informed approach in my practice with clients. I have also utilized attachment-based and mindfulness approaches as well.
In the past I have worked with transitional aged youth and adults tackling anxiety and depressive symptoms that have hindered growth or impacted them in various areas.
I provide a supportive and collaborative approach to my therapy practice. My hope is that clients can feel safe and heard during our sessions and be as genuine and honest in a nonjudgmental setting.
