About
My areas of expertise include diagnosis and therapy for autistic adults, relational therapy for individuals and couples, and therapy for individuals with histories of trauma and abuse, especially emotional abuse. My perspective is neurodiversity-affirming, attachment based, and emotionally focused. I support people in living their most authentic and connected lives through self-compassion, nervous system regulation, awareness and validation. I love helping clients experience authentic connection with themselves and with their loved ones.
I help clients understand the workings of their unique nervous systems through a combination of education and emotionally-focused process work. I help clients fully experience and move through emotional states, find genuine connection with self and others, and get their emotional needs met. For autistic clients, there is emphasis on compassionate self-care
The therapeutic relationship is at the core of all that I do. Therapy is most effective when clients experience care, respect, and understanding. My approach is non-judgmental, validating, and helps clients find the wisdom that lies within themselves. You can expect a collaborative relationship where you are valued as a unique individual.
