I work to with clients through the foundation of trust and empathy to help them find healing within themselves.

I specialize in working with those who have experienced trauma & depression, as well as creatives and athletes who are seeking support in their personal & professional lives. I'm a certified surf therapist and love providing ocean tools as therapy., I also enjoy working with couples and families to find harmony in their relationships.

I provide a free 20 minutes tele-health consultation to see if we are a good fit for each other and if your needs can be met in our work together.
