I'm collaborative, and I want you to feel in control in our sessions. I love providing options, kind of like a therapy menu. I also try to be transparent in my thought processes. I will always believe that my first (and most important) job is to truly listen to you and to understand you, because there's no better help than that which fits you. I work with (18+ yrs old) couples, individuals, polycules, groups, families, and friends (or enemies!) via telehealth in WA.

I'm trained in EMDR, sex therapy, and have completed Level 1 in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. My undergraduate background in philosophy helps me approach problems in thoughtful and creative ways. I offer a mix of standard-length sessions (1 hour) and longer: "intensives" (1.5-3 hours) and "marathons" (6 or 8 hours).

I believe that to be optimally helpful to someone, I first need to understand them very well. Because otherwise my knowledge will draw from research — which can still be very helpful, but it isn't specific to you. I’m deeply committed to being a non-judgmental, safe person with whom you can explore your truths with.
