Life is full of challenges, hardships, changes and surprises. My goal as a therapist is to walk alongside my clients as they go through life and help promote change and growth with them. I believe therapy is a joint endeavor to bring healing, change and growth. My passion is to provide a safe place of exploration for my clients where they feel they are heard and understood. If you are nervous about starting counseling, that's okay! Change can be uncomfortable but is often necessary for growth. I'd be honored to work with you and hear your story.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and BC-TMH working with ages 10 and up and with a variety of issues. I most often use CBT or Integrative Therapy. I am also certified in Prepare/Enrich Marital/Pre-Martial Counseling and can offer this wonderful resource to my clients as well. I am Board Certified in TeleHealth and can offer this to MS residents.
My goal in counseling is to come alongside people on their journey. Finding the right therapist really matters. I'd love to talk with you to see if we are a good fit! My practice accepts BCBS and self-pay clients. We also have a counseling associate available for self-pay clients and our office will try to accommodate your needs the best we can!
