I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist and Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor. Each clinical intervention is evidenced based, and tailor made to fit each consumer. The Wellness Warriors group is a Therapeutic Yoga Curriculum. The main theme of this curriculum will focus on learning and implementing new ways to self-regulate . Evidence based research has shown yoga to be a successful intervention with youth and adults that struggle with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma.
