About
Over the course of my career I have become increasingly aware of a demand in the community for Sex Therapy, and have decided to recalibrate my practice accordingly. Throughout 2020 I will be engaged in a comprehensive training program facilitated by the Sexual Health Alliance on my path to becoming an AASECT-certified Sex Therapist. My background in substance abuse and trauma has largely informed this decision. I continue to serve individuals seeking to manage compulsive behaviors, AD(H)D, anxiety disorders, and mood symptoms through this transition to a sex-centered practice.
I provide compassionate, affirming attention to people who aim to address issues related to sexual health: sexual (dys)function, compulsion, pleasure, sexual trauma, attitudes about sex, & body image. Sexual orientation, alternative interests (kink), gender identity & fluidity exploration affirmed; alternative relationship dynamics welcome.
Freedom from the confusion, the despair, the self-doubt and shame *is* available to you. You don't have to suffer in silence. If you're ready to explore and create change, I'm here to offer professional (but warm) support and guidance.
