I am skilled in the area of counseling, and I understand the gap between the client and resources. I am all about bridging the gap. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment, which allows you to freely express your emotions. My passion is working with individuals that experience anxiety, depression and trauma. I have several years of experience working with children, adolescence, veterans and families.
I use a wide variety of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused, Reality Based and psychoeducation to name a few, I ensure that I can cater to everyone’s needs and I treat each client as an individual.
