I have spent much of my life driving the success of mental health initiatives from the systems and counseling level. This involved tackling issues through policy development and direct counseling initiatives. As a psychotherapist, I bring my wealth of experience to the outpatient setting, facilitating others to become their best selves through kindness and strategic supports. I practice from the belief that we can all live meaningful, fulfilling lives if we have genuine, knowledgeable supports cheering us forward.

All my services are provided in a person-centered and culturally competent manner, respecting the uniqueness of individuals and using cultural strengths as a resource for success.
