I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 6 years of experience, specializing in trauma and its effects on mental health. I typically work with children, teens, adults, and seniors dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, and major life transitions.
Currently, I’m completing the final year of my Doctorate in Traumatology. In sessions, I use culturally-sensitive therapy (CST), solutions-focused brief therapy (SFBT), reality therapy (RT), and other approaches. My practice is especially suited for individuals who have experienced trauma at some point in their lives.
