Sometimes in life we have experiences that lead us to places of confusion, shame, regret, unworthiness, fear, brokenness, emptiness and just an overall feeling of failure. When we make the brave step to ask for help, although scary, that is the first step in choosing ourselves and starting a journey to finding true freedom. If you or feeling stuck and you are looking for someone to help guide you on this journey, want a relaxed environment, but a straightforward and direct therapist who vows to treat you with respect and compassion then let’s talk.
I provide individual and family therapy for children, teens, young adults, & adults searching for growth & healing from the struggles of life. I take a holistic and person-centered approach and use methods that work for you to meet your individual needs. I also utilize animal assisted therapy with my beloved dog Lexie, who loves connecting with our clients.
I understand that seeking counseling for your child or yourself is not an easy decision & your comfort is important to me.
