I help individuals work through financial trauma, and overall work through an anti-oppressive approach committed to liberation and empowerment; somatic and trauma informed lens which may incorporates expressive and movement therapy. If any of these approaches resonates know that I am here to help.
As a therapist and an activist I have supported LGBTQ+, immigrant families and families of mixed status, entrepreneurs, victims of intimate partner violence and human trafficking, geriatric aging with Alzheimer's or dementia and their caregivers, and adoptees.
