My approach blends EMDR with somatic therapy, parts work, and nervous system regulation to create a healing experience that feels safe, embodied, and culturally responsive.

The holiday season can bring up complicated feelings around family and belonging. This 6-week closed group offers a supportive, structured space for adults who want to explore their experiences with their families of origin, practice emotional regulation, and connect with others navigating similar dynamics.
