I have worked with adults, adolescents, and children in various settings through-out the past eight years. Whether that individual needs attentive, regular sessions or an individual looking for support in a current circumstance. Everyone has to right to excellence care in a complete judgement free zone and it is my mission to provide that.
My goal is to provide effective, person centered treatment for each individual. Using CBT and Solution Focused models to assist an adult or adolescent in becoming their best self. Each person and each circumstance are unique and should be treated as such. I help teach coping strategies and believe in being a strong supportive role in the journey to healing.
I have a nurturing, empathetic nature no matter how difficult the situation you may be facing. I use this to provide a comfort and stability that you may not be experiencing elsewhere. I would be honored to help guide you through your journey whether it be major or simply needing a listening ear.
