The individuals that I work well with are typically experiencing depression or anxiety, or having trouble adjusting to life changes. I love working with those that want a challenge or help achieving specific goals. I also work largely with couples at every stage of their relationship. Navigating a relationship without effective communication is usually what brings couples to me. I then help them develop stronger friendship and intimacy and manage conflict more effectively.
