I believe in meeting clients where they are in their current life, to walk alongside them, and support self-discovery. My trauma -informed, integrative approach is strength-based and person-centered, drawing techniques from various modalities. I often lean into mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment, and internal family systems, to name a few. I place heavy emphasis on self-care and coping tools for improving daily functioning, emotional regulation, and self-empowerment.

As a licensed clinical social worker, I have worked in this field for the past 10 years. I've enjoyed supporting individuals dealing with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My background is colored with a mosaic of different populations I've come into contact with as well as my own challenges I've overcome.
