I work with a variety of diagnoses to include anxiety, depression, and trauma, along with other issues such as identity, cultural, social injustice, life transitions, and parenting.
I strive to create a safe space that is welcoming where clients can openly express themselves without fear of judgment. My goal is to make all clients feel seen, heard, and respected while offering support through the process of improving their mental health.
I primarily work from a holistic, person-centered therapeutic approach with emphasis on personal beliefs, mind, body and spirit connection, and self-awareness. Additionally, I may use applicably appropriate interventions such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness techniques to meet the specific needs of my clients.
