I am so glad you're here. I am accepting new clients for morning and early afternoon times on Wednesday-Friday.
I specialize in working with adults and couples. The struggle with anxiety, trauma, depression and/or interpersonal conflict can be difficult to navigate. You may be finding your daily patterns and relationships don't feel the same as before. I believe everyone has a right to judgement free therapy and affirming care no matter their identities. So, whether your goals are obtaining healthier coping skills, processing trauma, relationship work, or finding your sense of self, we can work together to get you there.
Sharing intimate life details with a stranger isn't everyone's first choice, so I want to cultivate a safe environment where you can feel comfortable working through life's difficulties. I use a combination of experiential and evidence-based interventions to help clients connect with themselves, their emotions, and their needs in a new light.
I see clients 10-8 on Wednesdays and Thursdays, 10-5 on Fridays, and 10-3 on Saturdays. The most intimidating step is always the first contact, I encourage you to tell me a little bit about why you're seeking out therapy, and how I can help with that.
