I am eclectic in my approach as all individuals aren’t the same in their needs and goals, but I typically pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths perspective. I’m passionate about the mental wellness of those I am charged to help cultivate and inspire to live healthy, balanced lives. I
