I have been providing counseling services in the Denver area since 2014. I enjoy working with people of all ages, including children as young as four. As a mother, I understand the difficulties and challenges of parenting, as well as wanting to ensure your kids are okay. I also understand the frustration of feeling stuck and wanting to move forward.
I am passionate about helping people move past the negative beliefs they might have developed about themselves (which often contribute to depression, anxiety, and anger). As a certified EMDR therapist, EMDR Approved consultant, and EMDR trainer, I specialize in working with trauma. I have recently begun to offer Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy as well.
