Hello, I'm Tiffany. With 15 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have had the privilege of working with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, and loss. My journey has also led me to support families navigating conflict and attachment disorders, particularly those related to adoption. Additionally, I have a passion for helping teens as they work through identity issues, develop coping skills, and build confidence. My extensive travels have given me a unique perspective on adjustment stress and life transitions, which I bring into my practice.

My approach is primarily person-centered, incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). For some, a solution-focused approach is most effective, while others benefit from attachment theory and Trust-Based Relational Intervention.
