I am a licensed clinical social worker who utilizes a strengths-based perspective during the helping process. I love working with individuals in an effort to bring balance during challenging times.
While engaging in therapy I love to listen to individuals tell me their storie while we work together to build on their strengths, focus on what has worked and build on what may need to be added to make life more enjoyable. I utilize solution-focused therapy, CBT, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing and systems theory while working with individuals.
I am open to working with individuals from all walks of life. However, I have a passion for working with women who suffer from anxiety, depression, transitional challenges, and relationship challenges.
