Life can be difficult sometimes, and whether you are a teen developing your identity or an adult who needs support with your mental health, my sessions focus on your goals and how you can best achieve them. I enjoy helping my clients learn coping strategies, determine their identities, and process their difficult, traumatic life experiences. If you are struggling, I'm here to support you in whatever way you may need!
I believe we can all find the coping skills needed to manage life’s challenges and overcome difficult experiences. My goal is to provide a safe environment for my clients to express and explore how to handle difficult emotions and circumstances. I work from a person-centered approach and use EMDR, CBT, DBT and IFS.
