Hi guys! My name is Tiffany Crispin. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been a therapist for over 10 years and I’m completely in love with what I do! No one specific approach in therapy works for everyone. Because of this, I take an integrative approach to therapy, pulling from various theories. I ascribe to a Humanistic approach in therapy, utilizing Person-Centered and Gestalt therapies, but I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, and solution-focused therapy to help us work towards enacting change together. I look forward to working with you!
I have worked with various populations of clients ranging from children to adults. When we work together, the environment will be one that is calm and comfortable for you. My goal is to build our therapeutic alliance in a manner that facilitates your comfort in acknowledging issues or concerns and addressing them together.
