I am a level 3 IFS trained therapist offering individual psychotherapy services to adolescents and adults. The primary therapeutic model I use in my practice is Internal Family Systems (IFS) integrated with somatic approaches and sandtray therapy. I also offer ketamine assisted psychotherapy and IFS intensives.

My style is non-directive, engaging, and collaborative, and my presence is warm and compassionate. I will work collaboratively with you to identify goals for therapy, and will provide attuned care, guidance, and support as you work through the issues and challenges that bring you to therapy.
