The primary model I use in my practice is IFS, and I integrate other modalities and techniques, including somatic techniques, sandtray therapy, psychoeducation, and bibliotherapy. I also offer ketamine/psychedelic integration services. I will work in tandem with you to find what works best in helping you to work through the issues that bring you to therapy.
My style is non-directive, engaging, and collaborative, and my practice is consent based. We will go at your pace, and you will never be forced to participate in a technique or modality that you're not conformable with.
