I believe that our minds and physical bodies are all a part of one system, which is also known as embodiment - how the mind influences the body and how the body influences our thoughts, emotions and intentions.

My approach is holistic and I’m here to help you connect and take care of your whole self. This might include identifying and overcoming unhealthy patterns, challenging negative emotions and better stress management.
