I am Tiffany Burke, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Missouri and Maryland, with 9 years of experience providing individualized services to adults struggling with mental health and substance use issues. I completed my undergraduate studies at Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, where I double-majored in Psychology and Criminal Justice, and earned my Master of Arts in Counseling from Lindenwood University in Belleville, IL.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge unhelpful thoughts, Motivational Interviewing to elicit change talk, and a strengths-based approach to help clients address their concerns and manage everyday struggles in a healthier, more productive way.
