I love working with clients who are curious to see what life looks like on the other side of "stuck." Trauma, depression, anxiety, and so many other things that bring us to therapy, often feel so overwhelming and insurmountable, we don't know what to do or where to start.
If you're feeling "stuck," you're not alone. I’ve found that the parts of ourselves we most want to keep hidden are the parts that need to be seen and loved before we can begin to heal. You can do the messy, hard work of giving yourself permission to be seen and loved.
My specialties include trauma, PTSD, grief, and supporting those who care for loved ones with visible and invisible disabilities. I also have experience in working with those who are experiencing depression, anxiety, executive functioning challenges from ADHD, and many other life challenges.
