I love working with clients who are curious to see what life looks like on the other side of "stuck." Trauma, depression, anxiety, and so many other things that bring us to therapy, often feel so overwhelming and insurmountable, we don't know what to do or where to start.
If you're feeling "stuck," you're not alone. I’ve found that the parts of ourselves we most want to keep hidden are the parts that need to be seen and loved before we can begin to heal. You can do the messy and hard work of giving yourself permission to be seen and loved.
My specialties include trauma, PTSD, grief, sexual identity/exploration, religious trauma/deconstruction, and supporting those who care for loved ones with visible and invisible disabilities. I also have experience working with those who are experiencing depression, anxiety, executive functioning challenges from ADHD, and many other life obstacles.
I strive to be a compassionate and down-to-earth therapist who blends evidence-based interventions with practical strategies that make sense for you.
