I specialize in helping individuals navigate through challenges using a blend of evidence-based therapies. My therapeutic approach integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. These methods are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering healing and personal growth. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy services and that can be joined with EMDR services to assist individuals dealing with severe PTSD.
I have experience in treating PTSD and trauma-related disorders, providing a safe environment for clients to process and heal from their experiences. Using CBT and DBT techniques, I empower clients to identify and modify negative thought patterns and behaviors.Integrating principles from ABA, I provide interventions to achieve positive outcomes for behaviors
