I will support you with warmth, empathy, and an open mind, knowing when to be serious, but also throwing in lightness when needed. I work from a person-centered approach, using evidence based treatments, such as Brainspotting, Gottman Method, Self-Compassion, ADHD management, and other trauma-informed approaches, incorporated based on your unique needs .
