TEEN DBT Skills Groups designed for open enrollment on an ongoing basis. Tuesday’s & Thursday’s 3:30-4:30pm @CIB Children In Balance Psychological Associates LLC. 575 East Main Road, Wyatt Square Plaza. DBT is a special program for adolescents ages 13-18 y.o. DBT Group is ideal for teens struggling with emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal difficulty, mood instability, self-harm behaviors, risk of drug/alcohol use, and other risk behaviors.
