Tiffany is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of North Carolina. Tiffany utilizes trauma-informed, insight-oriented approaches to guide therapy as well as experiential and somatic techniques to incorporate connections of the right and left brain for a life led through a "wholeness" lens. These may include EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, Client Centered Therapy, TraumaPlay, and Sandtray.
Children are not immune to relational/emotional struggles. Utilizing Child-Centered Play Therapy and TraumaPlay, Tiffany facilitates the development of self awareness, esteem, responsibility and accountability, and to strengthen social and adaptive coping skills.
