Congratulations on making it this far! Asking for help can be scary and overwhelming, but I'm here to help. I love to take an integrated and client-centered approach to counseling, tailoring each person’s treatment to best fit their unique life experience and goals. I seek to provide a safe place where you can be your authentic self and experience empathy, understanding, respect and confidentiality. My main focus is to increase knowledge, insight and confidence in your ability to make and maintain positive changes as well as develop more effective skills and resiliency.
I have a background in and find working with individuals struggling with trauma and stress-related disorders especially rewarding but I provide individual counseling to adults and teens experiencing problems with, but not limited to, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, life transitions, confidence and self-esteem.
