We believe treatment is more than learning to change unwanted or unhealthy behaviors. Long-term change comes from treating the mind and body collectively. We integrate traditional mental health treatment, with a complete wellness program. We offer individual counseling, couples & family counseling, play therapy, medication management, yoga, acupuncture detoxification and specialized Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)s for those that need a higher level of care for their depression, anxiety, mood disorders, emotion regulation, or substance use.

All of our therapists are master level clinicians or higher and specialize in both mental health and substance abuse. They are also diverse in the populations they serve to ensure that our clients are receiving the quality and specialty treatment that they deserve.

We provide a comprehensive assessment to help you determine what is the best plan or therapist for your loved one. We help create a roadmap to wellness with recommendations based on your unique needs. If we are not the best fit for you or your loved one, we will refer you to one that is.

Tiffany Anschutz's Groups

Adult Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs)

Our Mental Health, Substance use and DBT for Substance use IOPs are designed to be both therapeutic and educationally empowering. Group lessons are specially tailored to each individual client's treatment needs, consist of psycho-education and open processing, and are offered in the morning and evening. Treatment modalities pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Oriented Recovery Enhancement. The DBT for substance use program is a DBT for Substance Use curriculum. 12-step and non-12-step tracks available. Morning & evening groups available.

Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs)

We have both mental health and substance use Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs). Our programs provide much needed support for high school-aged adolescents and their families who are struggling with mental health and/or substance use. The program relies heavily on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques, focusing on coping skills, distress tolerance, mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, family involvement, yoga and education on the link between mental health and substance abuse. Mental health and substance use IOP programs available.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills Groups

Our Adult & Adolescent DBT Skills Training groups are for those who would like to learn how to cope more effectively with intense emotions, problematic thoughts or behaviors (i.e. negative thinking, self-harm, substance use, suicidal thinking), and/or relationship struggles. Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance skills are taught in order to reduce self-destructive behaviors and learn more adaptive ways to manage painful emotions. By popular demand, there is now a skills group for parents that occurs simultaneously with the adolescent group. Adolescent enrollment is not required to attend the parent group.
