I have always had a passion for helping others reach their goals and full potential. I am blessed to have the privilege to work with those seeking someone to support and encourage them along their way. With a variety of experiences since 2005 ranging from school counseling to psychiatric care in clinical settings prior to working with individuals as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the lcommunity, I individualize treatment based on the unique needs of each client. Anxiety, depression, self harm, suicide, parenting, and bipolar are some of my specializations.
I wok with individuals of all ages, and most enjoy adolescents and young adults. My therapy approach differs from client to client as I want to meet individual needs specific to each unique person.
I am certified in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and am currently working toward my Dialectical Behavior Therapy certificate. I also use art, music, and technology along with these modalities to teach specific skills to increase emotional regulation and self awareness.
